Who we are

What data we collect
- Contact and order requests: name, surname, email address, your message and, when you write from a product page, the product and options you selected.
- Orders: the data needed to process and ship your order — shipping and billing address, phone number for the courier and, where required, tax details. Payments are handled by [PAYMENT PROVIDER]: we never see or store your card details.
- WhatsApp: if you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, your profile name and the messages you send. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta) with its own privacy policy.
- Cookies: technical cookies and, only with your consent, statistics and marketing cookies — see the Cookie Policy.
- Browsing data: like every website, our server automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser, date and time of the visit. They are used only for security and to keep the website working.
Why we use your data
- To answer your requests and send you information about our products — legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To process, ship and support your order, including returns and warranty — performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations — legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- To protect the website and its forms from misuse and spam — legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- [Only if enabled] To measure visits and our advertising campaigns — your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not send newsletters or marketing messages, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
- Requests that do not lead to an order: [24 months] from the last contact.
- Order and invoicing data: 10 years, as required by Italian tax law.
- Technical browsing data: [30 days], unless needed to investigate misuse.
Who can see your data
Your data are handled by our staff and by trusted providers acting on our behalf as data processors: website hosting ([HOSTING PROVIDER]), email ([EMAIL PROVIDER]), payments ([PAYMENT PROVIDER]), shipping ([COURIER]) and our accountant. They only receive the data they need for their task.
Transfers outside the EU
We store your data in the European Union. Some providers (for example [PAYMENT PROVIDER] or Meta for WhatsApp) may transfer data outside the EU; in that case the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by the Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to their use, and to receive them in a portable format (articles 15–22 GDPR). Just write to hello@belong-amulet.com: we will reply within one month.
If you think your data are not handled correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
