Who we are
These terms apply to the sale of BELONG Amulet products by [BELONG S.r.l.], [Via Roma 1, 20121 Milano (MI), Italy], VAT number [IT00000000000], Companies Register [MI-0000000] (“BELONG”, “we”). Contacts: hello@belong-amulet.com, certified email [belong@pec.it].
How to order
This website is a catalogue: there is no online checkout. To buy a BELONG piece:
- Send us a request with the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp, choosing the product and its options.
- We confirm availability, price, shipping costs and delivery time in writing.
- If you accept, we send you a secure payment link. The contract is concluded when the payment is completed; we then send you an order confirmation by email.
Product photos are as accurate as possible, but small differences in colour and finish may occur: every piece is finished by hand.
Prices and payment
Prices are in [EUR] and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown in the order confirmation before payment. Payments are processed by [PAYMENT PROVIDER] by [credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer]. We never receive your card details.
Shipping
We ship to [Italy, the European Union and …] with a tracked courier. Orders are dispatched within [3–5 working days] from payment; you will receive the tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves. Delivery times given by the courier are indicative. Duties and import taxes for countries outside the EU, if any, are paid by the customer.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from delivery, without giving a reason. Tell us by email with a clear statement (you can also use the model form in Annex I-B of the Italian Consumer Code), then return the product within 14 days in its original packaging, unworn and complete. Return shipping costs are paid by [the customer].
We refund the full amount, including the standard shipping cost, within 14 days from your request, with the same payment method; we may wait until we receive the product back. [Personalised pieces made to your specifications cannot be returned.]
Legal guarantee
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery (articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code). Please report any defect within two months from discovery: we will repair or replace the product or, if this is not possible, reduce the price or refund it. The guarantee does not cover normal wear of plating and stones, or damage from improper use. Care instructions: [avoid perfumes, chlorine and salt water; store each piece separately].
Intellectual property
The BELONG name, logo, symbols, texts and images on this website belong to BELONG or its licensors and cannot be used without written permission.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and the competent court is the one where you live. Before going to court, write to us: we will do our best to find a solution together.
